The afternoon workshop with provide you with an opportunity to get hands on with the likes of Twitter and Facebook with the help of our experts. We will teach you how to set up your accounts and manage them for a corporate brand. The workshop will include a best practice guide for writing Tweets, how to incorporate #HashTags and how to effectively use common Twitter conventions to communicate with your customers. Listening to what your customers are saying it the most vital part of social media marketing, so we will help you to set up basic conversation tracking to help you understand what is being said and advise you on how to speak back.
